Our first priority at myfabricplace.com is to offer excellent customer service and for our customers to be satisfied and inspired by the products we offer. If an item has been damaged in shipping due to unprotected packaging or if an item is not usable due to a manufacturing error we will ship a replacement free of charge. There are absolutely no refunds on any cut items. This means no returns on fabrics, ribbons or trims. Unfortunately when a fabric, ribbon, or trim is cut for your purchase, that makes it non returnable or refundable.

If you are unable to use a product due to a misunderstanding in product information or usage, and the product has not been opened or altered in any way, we will issue a refund, minus a restocking fee of 20%, we will not refund any shipping charges. You must ship the item back to us at your cost, and upon inspection you will be refunded promptly with the above adjustment. You must contact us for any return within 10 days, preferably as soon as you receive the item.

W do not do back orders, unless we have the time on order and the item is due to ship soon. Any item that has not been fulfilled will be taken off your order and must be re ordered by you at a later time.

You may contact our store to find out if we have an estimated time when we will be expecting the item, or a substitute for the item that was back ordered. We will call or email you if we have a suitable substitute but will not ship unless we have customer confirmation of the change.

Any queries regarding the measurements, meterage or length of fabric received must be drawn to our attention within 5 working days of receipt.  It is only possible for us to rectify mistakes on the lengths/meterage of fabrics prior to the fabric being cut into. Once a fabric has been cut or altered in any way we cannot be responsible for any shortages in length.

Our website tries to match colours as accurate as possible , but every monitor may read colour differently, therefore we cannot guarantee the accuracy of what you see as compared to the actual fabric. If you need an exact match please order a sample as provided in the website at a charge of £1.45 plus an additional postage charge of 50 pence. We encourage you to callus if you have any question about fabrics, fibres or weight of the fabrics on our site.

We do inspect all fabrics carefully before shipping, but as we are human there may be a flaw that we did not catch. Therefore, we will replace damaged merchandise free of charge after you ship the item back at our cost. We are here to satisfy our customers and hope they will continue to visit us in future.
